Wow, finally after sooooo many years, found my CHA!!!Cha lua - amazing flavor and textureI tried the bahn day as well - very fresh and sticky, but not my thing.Last but not least, I also got a headcheese that was also amazing.Very nice people too.
Hole in the wall joint. Ordered the cured meat, it was good but not amazing. Has a huge option. Will come back to try out the other product. Not a place to sit and eat. It is aptly named food to go.

They make vietnamese pork rolls & headcheese here fresh. I only saw 4 kinds while I was there... 1. Cha Lua plain 2. Cha Lua w/peppers 3. Cha Lua w/bi 4. Gio Thu I paid 7$ each, they were all tasty. I especially love the headcheese, so flavorful & they were generous on the meat portions rather than the fat portions which alot of other places do to sell more quantity for profit. Not this place.
