“BANH TET REVIEW--wow, their banh tet ($36) is nothing like I've ever seen before. It's packed with meat, both lean and fatty. The sweet rice is soft with just the perfect amount of green bean. Unlike other places that are packed with green bean and just 1 strip of meat with hard rice. Bought 1 yesterday and already almost finished it all by myself! Also tried their Cha Chien (fried pork loaf $9) and Dua mon (dried radish pickles). It was the perfect pairing since it gives the dish a crunchy texture. Will definitely be coming back to get more“
“Love this place! The best egg rolls I've ever had, and such a great deal. I will be back here many many times to come. Don't forget to ask for the sauce, yum!! Thank you! ?❤️Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian egg rollsParking: Parking is in back of the building“
“I live in las vegas. Phoholic is my favorite pho restaurant anywhere outside of Vietnam ??. Everything is fresh , broth is full of flavor. Sometimes when you come early they have "thit obama" . It's like a minced filet mignon "secret menu" sooo good, melts in your mouth.“
“Whenever I'm in Westminster, I try to drop by this gem. Parking is plenty, as it's next to the stater bros. This is the only place I will order the special banh mi over my go-to grilled pork. Everything in it has the perfect ratio, and I just... no notes. Get it. They also have a great selection of vietnamese pastries and goodies if you're more snackish than hungry. I recommend the cow cakes. They're so ploosh and the coconut syrup has a bit of saltiness. It's excellent. Customer service here is always superb.“
“My family loves this place. They are friendly with great food. The filet mignon pho is Favorite. The shrimp, and chicken pho are good as well. I recommend their fresh made turmeric noodle. My family likes their other fresh made white noodle. Do not forget their pork, chicken, or shrimp sliders, you will not regret going here.“
“When I first tried a bahn mi sandwich, I was 15 years old, I was not in love until I had a @carrotanddaikon crispy pork belly bahn mi, then I was hooked and addictively in love!!! I got my parents and sister seriously hooked and this addiction is really affordable, with tax it's a little over $8! Lots of places I know charge double and it's nuts! The bread is always crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the inside. The combination of regular and spicy mayo hits the spot with a very generous layer pretty thick slices of crispy skinned pork belly, then the pile of pickled carrots and daikon, cucumbers, jalapeño slices and cilantro. All of that for around $8 and for me, it's too large that I share it with my mom or kids. There are over 20 different types of Bahn Mi sandwiches to pick from but the crispy pork belly is my FAVORITE! This spot also has great drinks such as the watermelon juice and if you feel you need caffeine, this spot also serves @whipdessertcafe coffee drinks. I enjoyed the Ube and Egg Cream Topped Latte! The best part now, this spot makes it so easy to order now either online or via their app! Just keep in mind, this is like a quick pick up spot and not really a chill spot.“
“Love the atmosphere here. The waiters are very efficient and good at customer service. We really enjoy the bánh đa as the broth is very fresh. The miến trộn khô has just enough sauce to make the food delicious and not overly salty. Overall, we’re really satisfied with the food and drinks. We’ll definitely come back!“
“Although I've been to California three times, I've never been here. Even though it was only my first time, I was completely satisfied with the service here. I rediscovered the taste of spicy noodles like when I was in Vietnam. Here too, the space is spacious and comfortable, and the staff is also very enthusiastic.Parking: There is free parking in front of the shop“
“Everything was freshly made, and delicious. Woke up craving Vietnamese (pho ga) chicken noodle soup this morning. Found this place on Magnolia in Little Saigon that serves it up right. The Chinese donuts are freshly fried and taste great with the broth and coffee.????“
“This is the place to get all your Vietnamese catering goods! From the variety of egg rolls to nem nuong to banh beo, they have it all! This is where my family gets our party trays for our family gathering and parties. Order 24hrs in advance and your food will be made on time and ready to be picked up at your requested date/time. This mom and pop to go shop has been around for years! Their pricing and quality are great! Highly recommend for your next party!!“
“Love this place. The food is so great , our favorites are the spring rolls , pate , and egg rollsWe have tried a lot of items and everything is always great.Amazing service too. Katie at the register is so helpful , we aren’t Vietnamese and she was so helpful with informing us more about the food“
“Best pork egg rolls around; they are crispy, crunchy and filled up. My family and I always order the pork egg rolls here to bring to parties and events.Hands down the most asked about egg rolls at any event we show up to even when someone else brings egg rolls from another place too.You can call or order online ahead of time and let them know what time you will be picking them up so that they are freshly made by the time it is picked up.Parking: Very packed during the day, spaces are a little tight.“
“This is a small little place. I tried the chicken feet and egg rolls and both were pretty good. The owners took great care to give me instructions on the chicken feet so that it wouldn't lose its crispiness as I got it to go. I thought that was pretty cool. I told my mother about this place and told her we need to try some catering from them.“
“Good food and great service. It's a no frills place but nicely renovated. I came back for their all you can eat hot pot (lau) $15.99. Fresh veggies. Flavorful broth. We couldn't finish it all. The crispy paper thing was good plain or we would dunk it into the soup. One soup broth was spicy while the other was lighter and sweeter. Good portions. The prices here are still pretty good as compared to other vegan places. The bathroom could use an upgrade but it wasn't deplorable. Would return.“
“Came here last night with friends, the food was great and the owner was friendly. Will definitely come back when we are in the area!Kid-friendliness: Have two kids bowl but I think my son who is 10 could probably finish a regular size (they have kid size, regular and large).“
“Yummy food! The rice is perfect. I usually get grilled pork (not the pork chop) and shredded pork or a fried egg. The service is quick and the owner is very friendly. There are several TV's and music for entertainment. The bathroom is clean.“
“Not sure about Phở here... I enjoyed the fresh Pho noodle but the broth seemed to be missing a lot of those flavors that I expected from Pho... Phở Thìn originated from North Vietnam so maybe that's why??? It added fish sauce to make it a bit saltier, not because I want it salty, but to make up for those missing flavors.“
“Not the best service, mainly due lots of customers, which is why the small parking lot is always filled up and not easy to maneuver in for those of you who are not great at driving, but the food is worth it.The com tam simile is a great option. Get the corn milk, which is Tofu/Soy milk with real corn ? flavor.I would definitely come back to try out everything on the menu. Vegetarian food is so healthy and they make it tasty here. Namaste.Parking: The small parking lot is always filled up and not easy to maneuver in, for those of you who are not great at driving, but the food is worth it. Recommend parking in nearby street and walk over, and/or carpool.“
“The best tasting authentic Vietnamese foods in Southern California. From grilled pork to egg rolls to soupy dishes, each has its own unique taste and ingredients reminding one of the various street food stall in Saigon. The service is outstanding. The owner and her workers are friendly and courteous. Customers are treated as if you are family and neighbors. By the way, the free "nước mát" (herbal drink) is icing on the cake...... The ambiance is cozy ; actually too cozy for comfort to some of you because the space is small. But, create your own ambience by ordering takeouts..... The best foods for every day meal and something to brag about to your out of towner guests and friends.“
“Food was good. But I have to take off 1 star due to the service. 1st time when I dined in, they have 2-3 servers, but they were too busy chitchat and took forever for the food to come out 2nd time calling to order Togo instead and the girl answered the phone was so rude ... so not sure if I want to come back anytime soon...“
“The bun cha hanoi was delicious. The diced red chili peppers added just enough heat and spiciness to the fish sauce. The service was friendly and great. The restaurant is cozy. A little cramped because my chair got kicked a couple of times, but it was just a minor inconvenience.“
“I was getting some eggrolls at the to go place next-door, but cannot help noticing that this place also sells eggrolls as well. So I ordered some just to try them out. I have to say that eggrolls also great. And it is also freshly made. If you happen to be in this plaza and craving for some quick eats, I would recommend to pay this place a visit, at least for the eggrolls. Wonderful service staff with a clean shop and good food.“
“Really good Bun Bo Hue! Came for lunch on Saturday and it was very busy. Didn't wait long for a table, but would imagine at least 10m wait during peak hours.Service was great and food came out very quickly! The coconut drink was also really good. Will def be coming back!“
“Le Croissant Dore has been our family's breakfast haven for over a decade, and it's high time we shared our long-standing love for this place. The comforting aroma of delicious food and the warm ambiance make each visit a delight. Our go-to favorites, the Beef Stew (Bo Kho) served with French bread and the satisfying Nam Vang egg noodle soup (Mi Nan Vang), have consistently satisfied our taste buds.Despite our joy in exploring nearly every item on their menu, these two dishes have become our regular indulgences. Complementing these delectable meals, their hot tea and coffee always hit the spot, providing the perfect pairing. And the delightful almond cookies? They're a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth. However, a word of advice: if you prefer to avoid cigarette smoke, it's best to request seating away from the door or outside. Older men often gather there for a smoke, and the odor can waft inside, affecting the dining experience. This minor inconvenience aside, the cozy ambiance and consistently friendly service continue to make Le Croissant Dore a top choice for our family's breakfast outings. It's a testament to their quality and a spot we're happy to recommend for a delicious start to the day.“
“We ordered a broken rice dish and a vermicelli noodle dish. The broken rice dish was the com Tâm- got the pork with it, along with pork floss and the quiche-like side. I liked how fluffy and buttery the rice and the pork floss was. The pork was good too - sometimes other places would have too much fat on the pork, that it's not enjoyable to eat - but it was amazing here. The egg/quiche was ok- great complement to the dish but something was missing. We really liked how the egg roll in the vermicelli dish was cooked. The beef in this bowl was flavorful. Both dishes were pretty generous in size. Reasonable pricing as well during these times tooIt's a simple restaurant with little decor. The staff welcomed us right away when we entered. Everyone we encountered were nice and helpful.“
“I just landed from Florida. A lot of my Cali friends recommended this place. I ordered 5 items to sample the different ones. The banh beo is good. I wish it was a little more chewy. Banh it ram wasmy favorite. It had a nice contrast in texture. Banh bot loc had a nice tapioca chew to it. Cha Hue had me continuously taking nibbles. Banh Nam was ok. The BBH here is very good. Service was standard old school Viet.“
“This place blew me away actually. I went in expecting average Banh Mi but that delicious grilled chicken sandwich I ate came toasted by default, super fresh and abundant ingredients, and the sauce was hella good. Had to buy another one to go for later. Service was great. Ambiance was really nice too actually, lots of tables and a Spanish vibe going on with the music and paintings. Definitely coming back here again soon.“
“My mom saw this restaurant advertised on the SBTV channel for their famous broken rice dish.I had very little expectation because anything that’s been recommended through this channel that we have tried, has been a bust.Well, I was very impressed at the quality, price and portion! We will be coming back here again. Most items are $14. The standard broken rice dish comes with bbq pork, shredded pork and slice of egg loaf. You can add other items for extra charge. The bbq pork had the grilled char aroma, very flavorful, and moist. The shredded pork had more meat tendon. The egg loaf was moist not dry. This entire dish was a winner.I wanted a soup dish and got bun bo hue. I got no spice so that my mom could try but it still came out spicy. I liked it. It has so much meat!We got a pandan mung bean drink. That was too much mung bean and it was thick. Had to wait for the ice to melt to loosen up. Also got durian smoothie. That was delicious and they used real durian fruit. They have great desserts but we were too full. There’s also a hot deli take out section.“
“This place is quite popular. It seems like a lot of people order catering here. I was craving an banh mi and Vietnamese food and this place hits the spot. I got the grilled pork banh mi, pork patty spring rolls, the leaf wrap rice cake thing with meat filling. The pricing for the food is pretty decent. I would definitely come back here for my cravings.“
“5/5 The parking can be difficult due to small lot with many businesses. The parking is only for one hour. The restaurant is rather big. We came in at 2:30p and could sit anywhere we want. The staff were attentive and friendly. They made sure to check if the chicken curry has fish sauce because my boyfriend is allergic to seafood. I had banh tam bi which was $11 and bun dau mam tom for share which was $17. The flavors were just right. The portions are large and food taste decent. I didn't have a taste of the curry because I didn't wanna cross contamination. And since there was no seafood it didnt make my boyfriend sick. At the end the server brought us to go boxes. They were extremely friendly and considerate and asked if I wanted to go sauces or vegetables. I will come back.“
“Decent cơm tấm restaurant! :)My family came by and were pleasantly surprised by all the dishes. They all tasted really good and the portion was a lot bigger than other places. They also gave us complimentary chè desserts which was nice!* Cơm Tấm Sườn Bì Chả: 7/10 - meat and chả tasted good* Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò Tôm Chiên: 8/10 - really crispy and nice flavor* Cơm Tấm Sườn: 8/10 - pretty standardThe restaurant itself was quite spacious with lots of booths for sitting. They're located in a plaza so it's easy to find a parking spot. Everything came out rather quickly and they gave us really large-sized drinks! :)Give them a try if you're in the area!Parking: Located in a plaza so plenty of parking“
“Was craving this dish as it was a childhood favorite of mine. Found this hole in the wall place and decided to give it a try. It was very quiet when we first came as there was no one else inside. They took our orders pretty quickly and served us right away. We got their special banh cuon with the shrimp tempura. The banh cuon's filling was delicious and the shrimp tempura was crunchy and warm. I definitely satisfied my craving and I would get it again anytime.“
“Exceeded expectations here. First time at this location and was blown away by the food. Got three egg sandwiches on round bread, buy 2 get one free. Sooo good! Toasted with cucumbers, daikon, cilantro, fresh jalapenos with a little added soy sauce and special mayonnaise like sauce. Really like the fact that it's toasted and it has cucumbers, unlike some other banh mi places I've tried. Vietnamese coffee and soy bean drinks and service were excellent as well. We will be back. Less than $4.50 per sandwich is a phenomenal deal!“
“I've hit the Pho goldmine. I picked the house special Pho. The broth is at the peak of perfection, perfectly seasoned, with hints of spices. Its served at the perfect temperature with the right amount of raw and a variety of delicious cooked beef.Pho 86 Restaurant is a MUST stop when you're in the mood for Pho.“
“The original Quán Mii. The food is good. They haven't changed their recipe. They've added a few more things to the menu. They used to have a workwr (manager maybe) named Cuong who was really friendly and hospitable. Don't know what happened to him but he certainly brought sunshine to the diners. There is a second location in FV but I think I like the food here better. Parking might be tight--literally. Whoever drew the lines for the parking spaces in this plaza must have drawn them for compact cars or motorcylces.Parking: Parking spaces are tight and narrow“
“Nestled in the vibrant heart of Little Saigon, Z Cafe on Bolsa Avenue beckons diners with promises of authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. With both indoor and patio seating, it offers the perfect setting to savor the rich flavors of Vietnamese delicacies. I opted for the Vietnamese Bahn Mi Chao #5, a combination dish featuring sizzling steak with egg and an array of meats, accompanied by Vietnamese salad and bread. From the moment the dish arrived at my table, I knew I was in for a treat. The aroma of sizzling meat tantalized my senses, and I couldn't wait to dig in. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender and succulent, with just the right amount of char from the sizzling skillet. The addition of the egg added a velvety richness to the dish, complementing the flavors of the meats beautifully. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, from the savory meats to the crisp freshness of the Vietnamese salad. The Vietnamese bread served alongside was the ideal accompaniment, providing a satisfying crunch with every bite. To quench my thirst, I also ordered some freshly squeezed cane juice, a refreshing and invigorating beverage that perfectly complemented the richness of the meal. What truly set Z Cafe apart was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality and offering helpful recommendations. Prepare to be transported on a culinary journey through Vietnam, right in the heart of Little Saigon.“
“I just saw an Instagram Reel about someone making some bánh chưng and using a waffle iron to make it crispy. I was intrigued. I've never heard of bánh chưng nor had it before. But, it seems similar to a Chinese tamale (zongzi or doong). I Yelped and found Minh Phung as a place that sells bánh chưng. It's in an industrial strip mall tucked away in a residential area. I went in and the lady that helped me told me they only had one bánh chưng left since it was about a week past the Lunar New Year. So, she sold it to me for $15. She offered and I didn't even consider asking. Normally it's $26 so I got quite a deal. Such a nice lady. Thanks so much!“
“If you want to talk nostalgic, it's here. I've been here since I was a kid-kid. Yes it used to be $1.99, and now it's 10x the price ($10.99) but the food has never changed, the taste and consistency has remained the same, I am now 31 years old, and my children are eating it! Forever coming here, the Cornish hen is always so golden and crispy, and the workers, apparently remembers me from when I was young. I am amazed and in awed also, I ask for extra sauce, because I literally drench my rice with it lol!“
“I mean this Vietnamese is good. not great imperatively in the Westminster area. it could come with more veggies for their fall and spring rolls took a while to come out, along with its high tea, but I realized here that the stainless steel bowls for pho is where it's at“
“Got the mi nuoc dac biet and it was good, but not great. Definitely a nourishing bowl of noodle soup, but I wish the broth had a bit more complex and umami flavor. The noodles and meat were cooked well! For the price, it was very affordable and nourishing. I would give it a 4/5. The iced tea here is free, and I enjoyed the tea very much! Service - Our server was super friendly and the food came out quickly! Ambiance - Quiet and homey feeling. It was not crowded at all when we went. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a quick bowl of noodle soup for an affordable price!“
“Lòng Phở and bánh canh are tasty, we came here on a Thursday cozy morning, perfect weather for munching our Vietnamese Yumyum warm and healthy foods. The Owner’s Daughter is super nice too, she came out and greeted us, and took our order also recommended to try their Combo Sticky Rice ?… it’s right next to Com Tam Sa Bi Chuong too.“
“Best Banh Canh tom cua spot in all of Orange County imo. Broth is thick and savory, comes with clumps of real crab meat, and 2 shrimps. The only downside of this place is they close up early whenever they feel like it, and there is a long wait sometimes cause they only have 8 tables.“
“Traditional Chiu Chou noodle place, You can custom your noodles types and with soup inside or on the side. Very flavorful and many options, but if you had to pick go with their noodles. If you’re feeling adventurous, add a plate of their pan fried cake, For those sensitive to MSG you may want to skip. This place does get crowded and there can be a wait. Although there’s free parking, don’t park int he 15 minute loading zone (or the 5 minute loading zone) as the guards there will mark your tires and you may find a ticket on your windshield when you get back.“
“Today was my first time eating at this restaurant. The place is small but very neatly clean. I ordered a small Bún nước lèo and rau má đậu xanh for the drink. They were super delicious. The broth was clear and very tasty. The veggies were well washed and fresh. The service was quick. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.“
“I have a case in Westminster and I've been seeking out authentic Vietnamese dining experiences down here every month or so, usually for a late breakfast. This spot was first up for the search of "Vietnamese breakfast". Crowd was 100% Vietnamese speaking including the waitress. Incredible outdoor dining vibes make you feel like you are in the Sympathizer by Viet Tranh Nguyen. I had the breakfast platter which was a fried egg, cucumber, four slices of hard sausage, some pate and a spongy sausage type substance. Amazing.“
“We stumbled on this restaurant bc I saw on the picture of the menu 100% không bột ngọt - 100% no MSG. My husband has a severe MSG allergy and is a litmus test for restaurants using MSG. He had the chicken banh canh and to his surprise, he did not get a stomach ache and bloating 30 minutes later. My đặc biệt bánh canh was delicious too.“
“This is one of my favorite spots in OC for authentic central Vietnamese food. I've enjoyed everything I've tried here. I usually get the banh bot loc, banh it ram, and cha oc. The banh it ram here is my favorite because the crunchy part underneath is so light yet crunchy. The cha oc uses a lot of lemongrass which I love. The mi quang is also very good. The broth is flavorful, and the pork is tender. The service is quick, and there's usually enough parking (in the plaza or in the side street right next to the store).“
“Highly recommend the banh cam duong!! I believe I met the owner of the bakery and he was so kind and helpful. I explained to him I wanted to buy them for my grandma and he suggested cutting them in six pieces. She absolutely loved it and will come back again when I’m in town!“
“This is a family owned business! The people who work here are super nice. The food is also splendid. My mom and I bought a lot of food and they all tasted good. When we wanted to tip the owner, he would not take it. So we still left some money, and he gave us a nice tea drink. How nice! Love the food! Place is very clean and definitely fits the seafood theme! Totally recommend!“

Each bite is a symphony of taste and texture, leaving you craving for more. The service is prompt and friendly, adding to the overall pleasurable dining experience.
