The pizzas are never "hot -n-ready" anymore. You used to be able to walk in and get a pizza, no wait. Now every time I go in there I have to wait 15min for them to make the pizza. Can't remember the last time I was able to walk in and not have to wait for a pizza.
This location often gets it right with their pies but their app never works. It used to very easy until about 6 months ago. You get to keying in your order and the transaction never goes through. Meanwhile when you call they try to get you to download the app that doesn't work, and no one ever answers the phone!I was forced to go to Pizza Hut today but that was a mistake. Please fix your app Little Caesars Santa Gertrude's!
