I was in the area and decided to give these tacos a try based on review recommendations. I got tacos and tried different meats. The asada is definitely a NO it’s to fatty in my opinion. The alpastor had good taste, chorizo was pretty good and the tripas wasn’t bad but it could be chopped up a bit more. Overall not bad but I’m sure there’s better options. Service and time was really good.
Good food but they take so long to make the food :( my husband and I showed up when no one was there and we waited about 25 minutes for our order. Wish they were faster or had more staff. Only 1 guy was making food.

The food has been good 3 out of 5 times for me. Sometimes the carne asada is fat, or mild in flavor. The chorizo tacos have been good, just strong on seasoning. They have a lot of variety for a good truck which I like. My sister loves this place but idk it's okay. I'm just happy to support a real family
