Ordered through the mobile app. We got quite a bit of food and two burgers were missing. Called and was told that our options were to either come down or reorder. This was annoying but fine, as sometimes deliveries can go wrong. On 3/7/24, I went to the drive thru. I tried to order a deal from the app but it would not work. After I ordered my #7 combo, I waited at the first window for at least a minute without any acknowledgment from the employee who was right there. As I approached the 2nd window, I was given my drink and asked to pull into one of the waiting stalls. Mind you, my order was a 2 cheeseburger meal w/o any modifications. Ordered Sausage, Eggs, Biscuit.....the biscuit was flat looking, hard as a hockey puck, the egg look like they took one egg cooked it the cut into four pieces because it was so thin.
