The lady at the cash register would barely engage in customer service. When our food was ready, she barely raised her voice to say as such and left it on the counter. Didn’t ask us if we needed any sauce or napkins..Also found a hair in our KFC bowl….not a single person was wearing a hairnet in the kitchen, and the females all had long hair as well…please adhere to health regulations?While waiting for our food, another table had to have their food redone because it was wrong...read full review

I don't understand why A&W Windsor changed their Freezes? Or maybe it was the very person that made it? The freeze was very watery. I asked it to be remade and he said all are like that. After 30+ years of freezes, I do know what it is supposed to be. Straw wouldn't stand, immediately fell over. Not slowly. Probably have given up on A&W. And they have no senior or military discounts. Anti-military?

We decided to dine in with the kids, we had to wait for something at Home Depot. Every table was greasy/dirty. We had to clean our own table before sitting down. Vinyl seats were sticky.
