“My husband and I came here for dinner on our way through Yuma. It was fantastic! We were seated immediately, even with a packed restaurant on a Sunday evening. The food was amazing and we were in and out in under an hour! Just a heads up, we parked along the street in front of the restaurant as we did not see a parking lot.My husband had the Scallops and Prawns which included lobster ravioli and veggies. I had the Pistachio Crusted Chicken which included cheese ravioli, black beans and veggies. We were both immensely satisfied. The coconut curry sauce on the seafood was tasty and not spicy. The pistachio crust was so yummy and the black beans complimented the chicken surprisingly well. The veggies on both plates were literally perfect. They were so good, our 6 year old would have also gladly eaten them had she been with us.The price was a little higher than another sit down restaurant but it was definitely worth the price. “Just a brief report. I want to thank Luis and his crew for a great evening. My request was for appox 25 people and reserved parking for appox 15 cars. We all arrived at appox 4:30-5 on 2-8-24. As my 5 stars show it went off without a hiccup.Keep it up Luis we'll be back. Note the steaks are to die for. “Beautiful place, kind of hidden and easy to miss at first glance. Staff and service were excellent. Very knowledgeable in wine pairings and recommendations. Unable to try my first option in terms of entrees due to my dietary restriction which a large portion of dishes are cream/butter/cheese based. Still doesn't change my rating though since the food I did have was excellent, the server was accommodating, my husband loved his meal, and the atmosphere is great. I definitely recommend coming here and especially recommend sitting outside.Dietary restrictions: A bit more difficult to find dairy free options since quite a few have a cream or butter base.“
“Went out with friends. Two couples. Ages from 62 and above. Food was good as ever. Service is always outstanding. At 6:30 PM the music was cranked up and the dinner conversation ended cause we couldn't hear each other. Are we deaf? No, we are not. Only reason it got a 3 on atmosphere. Heard another couple on the way out tell the hostess about the loud music. Music is great, but not so loud in an already busy place. Thank you roadhouse for a great meal again.“
“We almost missed out on the amazing food here. Sadly I’ve driven past this place for a year and a half, not stopping because I read the Google rating and reviews, giving it below 4 stars. Once again, my lack of faith in humanity is reinforced. How could anyone leave this establishment anything less than 5 stars is beyond me. There were comments in the reviews about it “being too expensive for the area”. I felt like this was the least expensive premium meal I’ve had in ages. All I can figure is that it’s the cheap, Canadian, med-tourists who come to get their dental work done because they cannot afford to have it done anywhere else leaving bad reviews. So Canadians, please don’t leave reviews for American restaurants. If you want to leave a review comparing Dunkin’ Donuts to Tim Horton, that’s acceptable. If you do insist, please put a capital “C” in the beginning, or at the minimum put “eh” at the end of every sentence so we can discount it from the rest of the reviews. Canadians don’t even eat good food. Their national dish is poutine; French fries covered in brown gravy. In all seriousness, my steak was incredible, and the best iceberg wedge I’ve ever had.“
