Been wanting to try this place since my bf and I love curry and the one time we decided to try it, we arrived to a sign on the door that they were closed due to holiday catering. Bummer we drove all the way there (approx 30 min) since Yelp said the business was open. But that didn't stop us! We came by yesterday to finally try this spot and were happy it was open. Hidden jem on Ventura Blvd. Owner/chef is incredibly personable. Menu is a rare combination of hearty comfort food but also incredibly unique and memorable. Can't recommended this place

A true gem in the valley. Chef Wongie makes the absolute best comfort food this side of the city. The decor is quirky and personal to the owner and it reminds you that the best food comes from small businesses like this one that are getting harder and harder to find. Definitely give it a try.
