“I stopped here on the way home For gas. I went inside to grab a drink and the amazing smell of fried chicken was overwhelming. I stood at the counter with my purchase telling the guy behind the counter how good it smelled. He replied that the chicken was really good. At that time someone was bringing some fresh pieces out and I just had to get a couple pieces. I got two thighs. I couldn't even wait until I got home to try it because the smell of fried chicken was surrounding me in my car. Oh my God. Delicious and crunchy. I haven't had fried chicken like this in years. I'm so happy to have discovered this place. Why aren't more people talking about it? Do they not know about this gem tucked away in Woodland in a gas station?!“
“Paul has one of my favorite cafes to visit. I eat there every time I'm in Woodland. Dinner Deluxe, for one, is my absolute favorite. It comes with teriyaki steak, prawns, pork fried rice and noodles ? delicious.Parking: There is a small parking lot in the back alley behind restaurant if street parking is full.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly“
“I don't like seafood - but the atmosphere was great. They were nice enough to allow our group of 1st graders and parents to bring all our arts and craft supplies into the restaurant to finish our project. Very friendly and accomodating.“
“Food is great, exceptional customer service! They hosted our party of 30 and were really fast and efficient. The food was out quick. Our whole family was satisfied. This was our first time and we were not disappointed. Really recommend this place check it out 5 stars! I believe our waiter’s name was Jessica.“
“Seriously amazing dishes, quality and quantity are superb. Yum!! Have always wanted to come in here. Great sushi alternative with a twist. Let her know we'd never been there before and they will let you sample, just ask ? I went with the poke bowl with the salmon bomb and spicy garlic shrimp island style. Also tried the California bomb which is very tasty as well. We ended getting a tempura wrap to go for later and I don't even have to try it, I know that it's delicious . Definitely recommend ?“
“For dinner I had the Tempura Shrimp Udon soup with the non-spicy Tonkatsu base. The soup includes a soft-boiled egg with no additional charge. FYI T-Kumi is on the 2nd floor. You have to call them so they can unlock the elevator for you.Wheelchair accessibility: T-Kumi is on the 2nd floor. You have to call them so they can unlock the elevator for you.“
“Yelp elite who lost access to her old account so I'm starting fresh! Gave this new chengdu style hot pot place a try & here are my first impressions: Broth: their beef broth is very spicy (even the medium was spicy). We initially asked for the spiciest level (level 3) but the waiter was very persistent on getting a medium. The Tom yum broth was a bit spicy but mild enough for me to enjoy as a non-spice person. The broth had good flavor! Sides: the veggies and meat are a bit expensive for the potions. If your are ordering the veggie platter it comes with 3 pieces of corn (something to note if you don't want excess corn) The service was really good & the workers were very nice. I would come back again!“
“Calamari app is very good especially the sauce it comes with. Fish is fresh, the restaurant is clean, staff is friendly, lots of seating available. I would recommend the Japanese mafia and lobster mania. Both are incredible. A bit pricey. Although, worth it.“
“We got takeout from here, which was very fast and efficient. We ordered the chicken tikka masala and the eggplant masala. The chicken tikka masala sauce was so buttery and delicious, but I found the eggplant to be very salty. I don't eat here very often, so I am unsure if that is normal for this dish or not all in all the food was good enough that I would definitely come back and I would recommend to anyone.“
“If you haven’t been here you’re missing out!!! The best Poké around this area. The bowls are huge! And the fish is super fresh!!! I love the seared Ahi. You can use DoorDash pick up as well to get discounts on pickup or delivery!! No excuse to not try it out ?“
“Good fresh vegetables..?Vegetarian options: Tofu..and alot of vegetables.Parking: Easy access..to restaurant and to freeway as wellKid-friendliness: There were NOT any kids at time ..but I believe it is for kids as well.Wheelchair accessibility: NOT sure..“
“Pretty authentic flavors. We were a big party of 13 and at the end they gave the remaining 5 of us free soup. Fried rice is nice texture, pretty decent spicy dishes here. Coming from the bay, it's average food for the price of around $16/dish.Also, if you like walnut shrimp, it's good here.“
“I've heard mixed opinions about Sophia's Thai Kitchen--some people like it and some people like to hate on it. From a food perspective, a common opinion amongst Davisites is that the coconut milk is watered down. (I found the peanut sauce to be too sweet, but I recognize that I prefer savory peanut dishes.) From an atmosphere perspective, it is a fun spot. The restaurant and patio are maze-like so there are a lot of nooks and crannies. Ultimately, I think Sophia's shines in its drink menu, and has a respectable Thai menu with many vegetarian options.“
“2 fish and 1 shrimp taco. Full of flavor. They definitely do not short change you with fish and shrimp. The sauce was incredible and the cucumber adds a nice crunch. The lady in front of me took home a nice sized container of shrimp cocktail with tostadas. I think I want try that next.“
