Their customer service is really good, one of the friendliest staff ..The Yuba city location is always busy be it drive through or the restaurant itself. “I just moved here about a month and a half ago and I’ve gone to wing zone 3 times now. All three of my experiences have been so great. First the customer service makes you feel very welcomed. The wait time itself was really nothing. Even when I went when it was busy they still got me my order within 20 mins, which is half the time of most, if not all, wing restaurants. The food for these past three times has come out great! I mostly stuck with the honey Q wings and some funnel fries and I’m always satisfied when I’m done eating.“

“Went here in passing while on a long drive so I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. They put the pizza together the way subway puts it's sandwiches together for you. It allows you to fully customize your pizza from the dough down to the toppings. It's a nice experience. I'd definitely recommend it to pizza lovers.And the pizza was delicious!Vegetarian options: They have plenty of veggies and they even offer some plant based meat alternatives.“

The Druve Thru employees are usually always very friendly and LOOk at you or LOOK at you and smile while they hand you their food. Management seems to train their employees well.I’ve had one or two times the employee acted annoyed and didn’t look or smile at me while handing me my food, but that was not the norm. They provide both good food and good service. They are my favorite drive thru fast food establishment in Yuba City. I prefer Chipotle food, a little more, but their prices are too high.“
“My mother and I visited this location on a Wednesday afternoon some time back.I do not write reviews as often as I should or would like to but the experience on that day warranted a follow up.The staff were both polite and professional in addition to courteous and considerate.They were patient with us while we took a bit of time to figure out what to order. Also, it seems like every time I buy from this location, there is one thing wrong with the items. It will be something small, like asking for one kind of blizzard and getting a very similar one, but this store is very consistent about the 'small mistake'.They don't accept the mobile app, but that's not their fault. The negatives about the staff; likely for a lot of them, this is their first job. “Wendy's in Yuba City is honestly my family meet up spot. For years this was the place that we would meet up for lunch with my kiddos when they were going back and forth between mom and dad's home. Friendly staff, quality fast food and very quick service. I often times wonder how those free range chickens got so Gangsta' raising their chickadees up in the hood. I am fascinated how a whole flock of poultry just live out there raising their youngins without a care in the world. God bless those hood chickens. ??“
“We did an order on 12/30, and they were absolutely slammed. Other customers were yelling at them, demanding their food. The staff handled it really, really well under the circumstances. Sometimes places just get busy. Hopefully management there sees this before listening to any complaints.“
