Been a Chipotle customer for years, but I’ve stopped going in recent years because the service went way downhill.Today they redeemed themselves- great food and really good service! Plus I had a reward for free double protein.
So I went in there to get a chicken quesadilla. They could not make me one because they're tortilla machine has been broken all summer and now into the fall... I don't blame the employees they have no control but when I ask them why they won't fix it some guy in the back who must have had some authority mentioned covid and how expensive the machine is and other excuses. Of course this company had to inflate prices to gouge customer like everyone else since it's a trending thing to do and increase products by 34% when they were already too pricey to begin with and don't offer as much as other similar restaurants. Definitely won't be coming back to Chipotle. Looks like Qdoba wins more customers or anywhere else for that matter plus free queso is always better
