Jacks is great neighborhood place. They are known to hire the mentally challenged. The servers are great. Of course. this restaurant/ coffee house can get busy suddenly. Athan is one of the hardest working women I know.

This is a great neighborhood spot! I’ve been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is pretty good. They have gluten friendly options which is nice. Just regular every day American food. I do wish the food was a little bit better though. This is really random, but they really don’t like how they serve the specialty coffee drinks. They’re in glass cups that are meant for cold drinks. That wouldn’t prevent me from coming here but I wish they’d change it.

The service was great here. The jelly sold here is AMAZING, especially the strawberry champagne. We started with the chips with guacamole and salsa. The guacamole didn’t seem fresh and was too salty. The salsa was more tomato based but was good. I got the Jacks Crabby crab cakes sliders and those were delicious! My friend got the BBQ pork sliders and the BBQ was amazing. I would suggest both of these. The sweet potato fries are definitely better than the regular fries as well.
