Edit 2023:Often have had great service and my sandwich and fries have been great. In the past few years it has kind of been slipping in service and quality. The resturant interior itself has seen better days. Would recommend the pepper cheese steak with cheese whiz if you go.

Happy to find South Philly Cheese Steaks here in Arvada. Stopped in for lunch. Wonderful greeting with a friendly cashier. The food here is good, but this place has just continually gone downhill since I moved back to the area six months ago. Dirty. Slow. So slow. Tired of unfriendly places (day time). The order has been wrong so many times. What does new tech offer if it takes 1/2 hour for a cheesesteak? Ownership and management is absolutely to blame. Never leadership here at night. Never.
