Aspen has had some great Italian restaurants over the years. Unfortunately many of them are no longer here. However, Ellina is here. I had a wonderful dinner with a bright, knowledgeable server. I'll be back!
Bottom line, outstanding! Booked reservation for my wife and I. Her birthday. Wondered if we could get an intimate table. We were seated in a perfect location, a special touch of the owner, Jill. By the way, Jill is an amazing sommelier as well as a totally hands-on manager.
