We stayed in Aspen 3 nights -- and ate here 2 of those! Italian food is our favorite, and they did a great job of it here. For appetizers we had the Eggplant Parm and the Burrata (the eggplant had a delicious marinara sauce, and the Burrata may have been the best I've ever had). For mains, the Bolognese was outstanding and the lobster w/pasta was also very very good. We had dinner here on a Sunday in their lovely patio. I ordered the salmon and my partner got their chicken entree. Both were really well cooked and delicious. For dessert we had their panna cotta which was simply amazing. The only downside was the service seemed a bit slow although the food came out very fast. Went here for my birthday dinner. Staff was on top of everything! Quick professional service and the food was amazing!!! Quality Italian food and fresh made pasta. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in aspen!
