Mi Chola? What a cool name! Where my Lowrider?! We came in on a whim and I wish I would have had a chance to peruse the menu beforehand. I wanted a prickly pear margarita but they were out of the syrup! Bummer. Mr. G had some Posole and wow! Like a 10 on the super spicy meter. Won't be getting that again. Service was friendly by our waiter except for the greeter who gave us our menus. She needs some training or change of jobs. No hello? No smile? No eye contact? I'm so tired of...read full review
Foods pretty mediocre. The shrimp ceviche is a bunch of semi chopped vegetables and shrimp sliced in half. Not sure how that's ceviche. The calamari was half fried onions and artichokes. Main courses were ok. If it was half the price it would be ok but being in Aspen and paying premium prices... Look

A nice option in the heart of Aspen with a Tex/Mex menu. By Aspen standards quite reasonably priced, large bar and dining area and friendly knowledgeable staff. One of the largest tequila menus I have ever experienced.
