From the minute I walked in I was welcomed with a BIG SMILE from FELICITY. I was here to get a birthday cake for my wife as today was her birthday and I had yet to do so. Always a fan of Nothing Bundt Cakes, I ordered 8 bundlets for a dinner party. When I got to the Southlands store, I asked the young ladies to please verify that my cakes were upright and that the frosting patterns were intact (because the pattern is so important to the presentation). When I got them home and unpacked them, I found that they were absolutely perfect!! I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone there is welcoming and professional.
