Takero Mucho is so good we first ate their for breakfast and went back a little over a week later to eat again with the plan of eating non-breakfast, but then we needed those Chilaquiles again. I've had the Chilaquiles and the Huevos Divorciados and both were absolutely excellent. My wife got the same Chilaquiles she got the first time, which tells you a lot. I really enjoyed our meal at this restaurant. The best part of the tacos was the carnitas. I've never had carnitas that are this juicy and not at all dry. The salsa complemented each bite of the tacos and the radishes and cucumber added a nice garnish to cleanse the palette.The service was good, quick and nothing to complain about.The restaurant was clean, ready for the holidays and welcoming as soon as we walked in. Possibly the best Mexican breakfast in the Denver metro. Both the Huevos Takero and the Chilaquiles were excellent. Their green salsa, is not a green chile, but is actually better more satisfying. Great service as well. Will be back for dinner!
