Came in here today just on a whim after shopping for groceries at Pacific. Being from California where there is an abundance of boba shops, it's really difficult to compete. This place, however, hits the spot. Service was super friendly, COVID conscious, and very accommodating. I asked for a grapefruit green tea which wasn't on the menu, but they made it happen for me anyway! You gotta love a business that can truly accommodate your requests without complaining. Came here after lunch to get a drink with my boyfriend. We both got fruit tea. I got a jasmine tea and he got a passion fruit tea. This is a chain drink place. Back in Chicago there are couple Tbaar. Varies of drink you can pick...milk tea, fresh juice and tea. You can add different toppings with extra charge. Not a bad place to get a nice cold drink.

The customer service was amazing as they were super friendly! The boba was really good as i got it with the fresh passionfruit tea! I love this boba shop and I'll definitely be back. It's also next to Aki Hotpot which is a huge bonus!
