My wife and I came to Boulder on a whim and decided to try this amazing establishment. The hostess was so nice, the bartender was gracious and talented. Our server was attentive and professional. The staff that was not directly tending to us was courteous and kept the restaurant running smoothly. The food was delicious and so well prepared that we ate well past the point that we should have. This place is amazing 1) the food is very good 2) the choice of German beers on tap is well done. 3) the local pils on tap stands up to the German biers. (Yes, I’m a beer snob). Lastly they took the time to do an authentic facade on the building. The tables out front could be right out of a Biergarten. Give it a shot! We’ve been here a few times. Never been disappointed.

Delicious!! Had the jaeger schnitzel with spatzel, pretzel, and potato salad. Schnitzel was perfectly crisp and spatzel was fresh. Pretzel was soft and warm and paired well with the various mustards and beer cheese. Cool atmosphere and a nice break from the busyness of the Boulder foot traffic.
