We went into Crumbl in Boulder to get some cookies and as soon as we walked in the system went down. The girl that helped us was Shayla and I could see that she was trying her best to help everyone as they could not take any payments. She offered the person in front of us and us the cookies for free. That is the best service I received in the 4 Crumbl stores I have visited across Colorado. So, you walk in and there's not too much to look at but some employees baking things. Everything is in warmers and when you're greeted you're like wait why are you so cocky? Isn't this just a cookie store in the sketchy back side of a strip mall? BUT THEN YOU TASTE THE COOKIES AND REALIZE IT'S ALL GOOD IN THE HOOD BABY. Super friendly staff that always had a smile on their faces! Ordered on the app and it went so smoothly. as I walked in, they were finishing up the frosting on my warm cookies!! I love the fun night look of the shop. Always clean, too. Each week they have such fun flavors!! This time my favorite was birthday cake. A 10/10 flavor!
