Excellent, IMO best naan in the boulder area. The staff are wonderfully friendly, the food is consistently delicious, the menu is varied and the prices are unbeatable. Do not miss this.
I had the samosa chaat as an entree and a mango lassi. The staff was perfectly friendly but seemed a little annoyed that our party of 4 did not arrive all at once. The first thing I noticed was the bathrooms were a little dirty, but when I sat in the booth and looked down at the space between the leather cushion and the wood of the bench, there were *years* worth of crumbs in the crack. Dharaj is the best. The food here is great, and the prices are reasonable especially given the location, but it's the service that is the best thing about this place. Dharaj gave me tips on what to eat and was super quick to refill things I wanted. Will definitely be back soon.Wish they'd get some plant based meat on the menu though.
