My favorite burritos in Boulder - the machaca and the adovada are especially delicious. Incredible flavor, made to order, reasonable price. Only wish it still opened at 8 am so I could grab a bunch on my way to the recently re-opened office.
Si quieres tacos classico, este es el lugar. If you want classical tacos, this is the place. Flavors are on point especially the pastor. Good prices as they should be for real tacos.

Omg! I'm from San Diego and have been looking for a restaurant that serves food like this all over Colorado and I finally found it. This is a 'must try' authentic Mexican food experience. Many others lost my business when I was introduced to La Choza. Thank you for keeping it real. ????
