This is my kind of spot. Stalls around the permanent bar change occasionally for food options. I went to the Chinese stall and got beef with broccoli. It was very tasty and ready in less than 10 minutes. Then, take your food and beverage to the rooftop and enjoy the great view of Boulder.
Food was great! I got the pad Thai but ate it before I could snap a pic. Plating was beautiful, and it was very flavorful. We also got the pozole and plantains.
