Fantastic food. Such a treat to try something new. Had the Tibetan noodles and they are fantastic. Kind of like lo mein but with some Indian spices added. Seriously I could eat that every day. The saag dip was delicious and more flavorful than in Indian cooking. The aloo was light and brisk and the naan was absolutely perfect. If I lived in Boulder I’d d be eating here every other day!
Absolutely amazing dinner, a hidden gem! The trout, gnocchi, grilled asparagus & dessert were perfection. Our server Cort was fabulous as were the bar staff, super highly recommend.
