Honestly don't know what to say, we just had higher expectations of the service at a place like the Boulderado. It took about 15 minutes for us to be greeted by our server, our drinks took 30 minutes after that, and our food took like an hour? It was busy, but our service was not attentive at all. We were never offered a refill on our drink, we were not asked how everything was, and it just took an unacceptable amount of time for each step of service to occur. The food was great, and our server Brooklynn was spectacular! We sat and talked probably two hours after dessert, and she was attentive and extremely kind even after we had signed the check. She made it a wonderful experience!!

Enjoyed a nice double date dinner in a cozy booth. Nice wine/cocktail selection & both meat & fish dishes. We enjoyed trout, short ribs & scallop dishes. Recommend for an upscale dinner out
