After years of coming here I'm quite upset of how the store has turned out. The manager Claudia is not fit for the position and has no customer service skills. With customers waiting at the counter instead of stating they were busy, they turn aggressive and ultimately end up calling the cops on patrons that just wanted service. Will be sending the video to corporate and hopefully corrective action is taken.
Bro don't go to this taco bell, they will mess up your order 9/10 times and give you 4 sauce packets for 8 items. I don't even like being that dude that leaves negative reviews but my lord is the whole establishment just a waste of money on your part. Food is made horribly too.Don't go to this taco bell.

Boss and I waited at the counter for over ten minutes trying to get someone's attention. When we finally got someone's attention they were rude and yelling at us to use the Kiosk. We started asking why they were ignoring us. Manager got in to an argument with another customer and call the police. Then told us to leave along with the other customer. Worst taco bell I have ever been to.
