MY HUSBAND WENT TO THE WINDOW TO GET OUR FOOD REPLACED!! ONLY 1 YOUNGER GIRL WAS THE ONLY ONE TO FOLLOW FED AND STATE PROTOCOL TO WEAR GLOVES, AND DOING 90% OF THE WORK!! ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE NOT WEARING GLOVES TOUCHING OUR FOOD! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!We came here to get dinner. Something fast and simple. We ordered $70 worth of food. The restaurant seems okay at first glance and well staffed but they have no concern for customer satisfaction. I ordered a hickory bbq cheeseburger meal with fries plus a turtle blast, and sonic cheeseburger combo with fries and sprite. The blast came half empty as you could see through the cup, and I received two cheeseburgers instead, whether it be the lack of any condiments I was livid having not gotten any bbq. On the 23 of December at approximately 9:20 pm I stopped for dinner at the sonic in Brighton Colorado as the cashier is taking my payment with my credit card he is also playing with his cellphone as my credit card and his need to have his cellphone it was inappropriate whether the young man copied my information or not as this does happen at drive throughs so I froze my card and had to change it.
