The service at this location was great! Kaii greeted us as soon as we walked in. The place was very clean and he made us feel very welcomed. He mentioned the French bread was just made fresh so I went with that. Best bread I’ve ever had at a sandwich joint. Most places, the bread is hard and crusty. This by far was the best experience I have had at this location!
This is the worst store location! It makes me not want to order Jimmy John’s. I hate it’s the closer to store to my house and my office and every time you call it’s either 1. The manager claims he has no drivers, 2. They take forever to make your order when you actually manage to get it delivered, 3. It’s always closed. This store clearly needs new management and a new team because it’s horrible and gives Jimmy John’s a bad name.

I wait two hours for my order, they gave me my money back but still said my order was on it’s way. I got a text from the driver to say it was delivered. It wasn’t delivered to me. I will never order from this store again. I’m so frustrated, who has to wait two hours for lunch? I could’ve drove to colorado springs in that time frame.
