The roads were bad because of the snow, so the family and I decided to skip dinner in Colorado Springs and try a local favorite instead. It did not disappoint! Our order was ready in 20 mins as stated over the phone and because they stopped deliveries for the evening, they gave us a 10% discount on our order to pick it up ourselves. The pizza is simply amazing. I have celiac, and they make a gluten free pizza that is just amazing. The crust is fluffy, flaky, and just amazing door gluten free. They will offer to make your pizza "half baked" so your can take it home and finish it so you have fresh amazing pizza if you live far away. I highly recommend Back Room Pizza.
Went here during the off-season and was greeted by super friendly faces. Ordered the Dirty Bird, picking one took a while because the whole menu sounded delicious. After tasting this one, I don't think you could go wrong with any choice. The ingredients are fresh, the pizza isn't greasy, the dough crust is superb.
