I've been to multiple locations for Cinnabon. I am a resident of Castle Rock and visit this location numerous times a month. I have always had a friendly and pleasant experience here. Employees are knowledgeable, quick and do everything with a smile.No matter what time of day I visit, there is always fresh rolls, treats, pretzels, drinks available.I appreciate the professionalism on all levels.Especially the awesome attitudes.Thank you!...I always research food, clothing, etc...read full review
I had a free cold brew and was using the app. The woman at the register tried scanning the q code twice and it did not work. But I really did not have to wait for while one staff person was trying to get the code to work another one was fixing my drink.

Cinnabon was delicious very moist a lot of frosting and was great heated up, I took a box of them home but as for the pretzels they were hard I usually like Aunt Annie's pretzels but these I got a plain one with no salt with the honey mustard dip and it was just so hard that I couldn't even finish it
