First, I stood at the counter for a minute waiting for someone to take my order. When the young man finally noticed me, he told me I have to place my order at the kiosk. When I completed my order, there was nothing on the kiosk telling me to pay at the register so I askedhow to pay. He said Oh! You pay here.I picked up my order and When I tried to eat it, the croissant was stick, globby and bland.It's been years since I went to Jack in the Box. I won't return again.

Used the drive thru, so no atmosphere review. The food itself is far more than "just another burger place" to me and the family. It's option 1 when we desire fast food... without a doubt. Everything from the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich to the Jumbo Jack has never disappeared. Not convinced, just try a shake, you'll see what I mean... they're just, better than anywhere else.

I worked as a JITB Manager 48 years ago. They closed down in Virginia and many East Coast states. They have come along way since then. I had a combo breakfast that was quite good and I think a better value than their competitors. My wife had chicken tenders. Those were better than Zaxby's, and Chick-fil-A, in my opinion. The cashier/server was pleasant and greeted us with a big smile. I can't tell you how nice that was! My only suggestion is to come out onto the dining area...read full review
