Exceptional customer service , there was over five employees behind the counter. Everyone had a smile on their face and was diligently working …one of the more positive experiences I’ve had in a “faster food” restaurant in a long time they seemed to actually enjoy their job good work guys !

Thank you for providing the expected results which is so rare in this barren wasteland of fast casual food that is Castle Rock! I ordered on my app, which was so fast and easy as it lets me save my favorite customized sandwich. It was ready and waiting for me when I arrived as usual. I ordered takeout with a friend of mine recently. This Jersey Mike's is located in a strip mall shopping plaza, near the Outlet Mall in Castle Rock. You can see the backside of it as you drive down Meadows Parkway. There is plenty of parking in this lot. The interior is clean and ordering is seamless. I ordered a Mike's Famous Philly.
