I have ordered been ordering from this location for years. This location has disappointed me lately. I ordered a salad and asked that it be made with spinach, and I got a regular lettuce with a few pieces of spinach thrown on top. I also ordered rolls for Thanksgiving. I was told they had to be picked up by 6pm. This is disappointing as they are open later.
Ordered three turkey bacon avocados yesterday and everything was great…no turkey…how the hell do you forget the meat of the sandwich??Update 10 Oct 23: Was made contact by the restaurant and essentially given points in the value of and a bit more from their customer service. Not what I expected, but one of the best pastries I've had in quite some time. A bit slow and busy, but i guess it's because they are that good. I will definitely think of kneaders and skip esiteins and Starbucks next time i want some coffee because it's the first time my coffee doesn't taste burnt/too roasted.
