We've ordered from this location several times since moving to Castle Rock. Our order is the same every time, and pretty basic: knickerbocker cheesy bread and a BYO pizza with ham, tomato, and fresh basil. We also use the notes to request garlic sauce for dipping (they have it, but they have no way to order it online - it's free - other than in the notes).Sadly, they've never gotten the order correct. We just moved from New York and were excited to try a NY-style pizza place hoping for a taste of NY in CO. What we had was definitely not NY-style pizza.First, the crust was undercooked. It also had marks on it that looked like it was placed on a wire rack before moving through a conveyer belt oven.
