Salsa was really good. Service was good. And most of the food was good however, I had carne asada and honestly, I should have just returned it as it was like eating beef jerky. Way, way over done. We also got some breakfast burritos to go and they were good the next day. Place was fairly busy when we were there. I think I'd like to try it again and get a different selection for the main meal.
We love Santiago's. When we lived in Denver we used to eat there all the time, especially at the South Broadway (close to home) and Commerce City (close to work). Now when we come up to Denver we eat there whenever we can.

Great Mexican restaurant. Food is great But it is not a great place if you are looking for ambiance and the service is ok just a step up from fast food service. Drive through service for breakfast burritos is the best value around.
