Ordered at the machine and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes while everyone else got served. Went to ask what was taking so long and even didn't get so much as an apology for the wait. It amazes me that no matter where you seem to go, it's always the taco bell that provides the worst service. Will not be coming to this location again.
The young man @ the window was scraggly looking & un kept. He had dandruff flakes all over his black t shirt & a dirty look. This is someone serving your food & drinks. It was disgusting. When I got to the window & saw him I lost my appetite. On top of that the taco shell was Stale. I thru the whole meal in the trash . Taco Bell Should have a dress code & Cleanliness code. Will not go to that Taco Bell ever again

We went thru the drive thru and ordered the 12 pk of crunchy tacos and mind you ordered the Supreme but low and behold should have checked again ? our fault but the price for 12 tacos barely filled the normal ingredients and to not be the Supreme that we ordered $32 seriously very disappointing. It's been years since we've eaten Taco Bell and I can honestly say this confirms why we don't go anymore and never will again.
