Quick stop for dinner on the way between Denver and Springs. It's a newer place, so very nice. Most orders were take out or delivery so the dining area was nearly empty. Staff was extra friendly and the food was very good.
If you are wondering what happened to great customer service, you need to come to the Castle Rock Tokyo Joe’s! The manager, Andrew, wants his customers to be happy! I love the poke bowls at Tokyo Joe’s, so I placed an order, but received the wrong poke bowl with my order. Andrew, the manager, was tenacious at getting in contact with me to make it right.
