I’ve eaten at Bad Daddy’s for years, always been a huge fan. Within the last two months, this location has been very unfavorable. Multiple times, my friends and I enter, stand at the host counter for at least ten minutes. Why is there consistently not a host to meet and greet? Also, several times recently I’ve had to send my order back due to how it wasn’t cooked as ordered. Plus, they attempted taking the whole plate, not even leaving my side dish to munch on. Not long ago, the waitress even forgot I had sent it back. Successful restaurants cannot operate like this. Please have a consistent host at the entry so guests don’t have elongated waits, make sure your staff and chefs can take orders and process them correctly, and simply monitor who walks in and out. Truly below expectations!
