They don't explain to you how it works and the menu doesn't explain it either. You order a base and size and you can go to a buffet style to pick your ingredients for your bowl. You leave it at the end for them to cook up for you, then they bring it to your table. I didn't know this for my first time amd ordered one of their pre-made bowls. The food is good, the people are nice. The "create your own" line was in a tight corner, and it was difficult to reach the back row of food. The place itself seems to be in disrepair. We were seated downwind of the restrooms, which ruined it for me.
