We have been coming here for 8 years but our most recent visit was the first time we’ve had a bad experience. we came around 730pm on a Sunday so I’m not sure if that affected anything but the noodles were very overcooked, the meat was bland and barely grilled, and my shrimp had a chemical-ish taste (it was not expired seafood or anything and I didn't get sick, just unpleasant) I got a banh mi instead that was good (and the staff was very accommodating about switching it out)...read full review
Easily the best pho I have had in the Denver area.I went with my partner and we ordered a large 15 to share and the grilled pork bahn mi. The bahn me was delicious. Crusty bread but not so much as to gouge the roof of your mouth, very well seasoned pork with a good amount of juices in the sandwich. Loved the food and live music. Unfortunately, we were sat right next to the musician and it was difficult to have a conversation. Recommend requesting a table away from the door on weekend evenings.
