This place keeps getting worse and worse every time I come to get my favorite treats. Sat at the call box for 5 mins and nothing. Went to a different call box and nothing. Ended up going through the drive-thru horrible decision. Hope they get their act up soon.
Perhaps a silly thing to complain about but I come here frequently with my children and we order 5 cherry limeades and they never have real cherries in them. Even when I asked at the window, these have real cherries right? They said yes but that wasn't true. Disappointing.

I usually order from here since it's close to my work and there's no issues most of the time, but tonight I went to go order a coffee and was told there's no more hot coffee. That's not the complaint, though: I said that was fine and tried to order something else but the employee stopped responding to me completely. I tried getting their attention and waited a few minutes but no response at all :(
