Food trucks are often hit or miss. This one was a hit!My spouse got the caprese sandwich and I got the turkey bacon avocado. The presentation was excellent and the meal was filling.

Amazing. Simply delicious! They post up at 4 Noses Brewery in Broomfield on Saturdays and man, what more could you want? Cold craft beer and (I had) a perfect pork BBQ sammich (B-52BQ). Service was great, the chef took time to make conversation and delivered a fantastic sandwich and experience. I'll be making a point to be at 4 Noses on Saturdays because the LBST will be there.
Just tried the club commander and wow!! The sandwich was beyond expectations and loaded with tons of different flavors. All I can say is they do not have small portions by any means... Can't wait to see them at another local brewery.

Our sandwiches were amazing! So much so that we forgot to take a picture until we were half way through. They were parked at 4 Noses brewery and crushed it! We will definitely eat here again. Thanks guys!

We absolutely loved these guys! Were a little hesitant to give them a try because one of us is a vegetarian, but they got this! They whipped up a veggie sandwich that satisfied a hungry appetite. The online website menu didn’t offer any vegetarian options but they were willing to make a custom sandwich loaded with everything. The Italian Stallion was stacked with a load of meats. The pepperoni made it over the top! Thanks guys, you Rock!

You should know that this is the best sandwich in town - the kind of sandwich you want to bring home and introduce to your parents. The first time we saw these guys, we were disappointed they weren’t a burger truck. Now, I’ll be disappointed if it’s a burger truck instead of these guys. Whatever they do to the bread is foodgasmic and everything in between is treated like it’s own dish. Ham and cheese usually sounds like the featured dish in the prison cafeteria. Get the ham and cheese at the Little Big Sandwich truck. It’s delicious. If you don’t indulge in some green chile on the side, you’re doing it wrong. The fellas behind the ‘wiches are dog lovers, incredibly friendly and funny. We’ve seen them [so far] at 4 Noses Brewing and Joyride Brewing. So, clearly they also have great taste in beer. Support deliciousness and order up anytime you see the Little Big Sandwich Shop truck.
