This is BY FAR my favorite restaurant in the entire state of Colorado! I used to work in the Streets of Southglenn and I would come here nearly everyday to get my fill. My favorite bowl is a white rice bowl sprinkled with spicy furikake with salmon, onions, cucumber, serrano peppers, and shiso mixed with ginger wasabi aioli and a little sesame oil, topped with green onions, sprouts, masago, and avocado and spinkled again with macadamia nuts and more spicy furikake. Ok I’m pretty picky about boba. Like, I only get boba from places that generally fresh cook their boba every 2-4 hours because I like the soft texture. I was incredibly disappointed to say that the boba hear was undercooked - definitely still hard in the middle and not soft at all. I will drive over an hour just to eat here. The best, most fresh poke I’ve ever had in Denver. Everything is homemade and out of this world. The sauces are incredible! Prices are great, the whole shop is very clean. I wish there was one near me! I’d go constantly!
