“I've thought I've had good sushi before but eating here made me realize that it wasn't true. This was the best sushi I've ever had. Yes, the dishes are smaller, and yes, it could be on the expensive side for some, but YES it is worth it!There were so many types of fish and seafood that I've never seen offered elsewhere like Barracuda! The bone marrow was so delicious, the unagi (eel) was UNBELIEVABLE. The cocktails pack a punch and are so beautiful and delicious.The server (I wish we could remember her name) was really efficient, moving so stealthily and quickly. She also answered a of our questions and made sure that our allergies were known. That way, our dessert was made so that we could both enjoy. We had the shortcake and it was delicious. The pastry chef also gets 5-stars!The sushi chef behind the bar where we sat was also pleasant and asked me how everything was. He had good things to say about the work environment and everybody seemed to work together and with positivity towards their coworkers and guests. He also let us know that they get fish from a famous Tokyo market!The decor and the interior design were also nice. Fun and beautiful without being overwhelming or distracting.Overall, we will definitely be back!“
“Sushi is one of my favorite forms of food. I did not expect to have the best sushi I've ever had in Denver. But on a recent stay in RiNo, my wife and I tried out Temaki Den. And the experience was amazing. First, the hostess was phenomenal. Amazing service. Went out of her way to improve our experience. Second, we went with the omakase to try and experience as many things as possible. Third, the nigiri and temaki is amazing. We went to a Michelin Star rated restaurant the night before, and while they was great... this experience was better. There wasn't an item served that wasn't lower than a 8/10. And MOST of the items were 9-10/10. To be honest, it didn't make sense to me. I've watched documentaries about sushi and how important fresh fish is... so how Temaki Den is able to get this quality is beyond my understanding. But it's nothing short of amazing. The ambience is probably the weakest aspect of the restaurant. It's not bad, by any means, but it's not "luxury." The restaurant is located in the middle of a mall-like shopping area. That wasn't a big deal to us, but if you need an "elevated" environment to eat at, this may not be for you. But the service and the food is outstanding and this is probably my favorite spot in Colorado. My thanks to everyone who works here for giving us a fantastic anniversary experience!“

I moved here from Northern VA and loved going there, along with a bunch of other great poke places, but then I moved here and there’s only like one and I was so sad and depressed. Then when I saw there was a Pokeworks here, I was ELATED. I love coming here. Food is always yummy, quality is always consistent, and customer service is always on point. “I came to Bamboo with my friend who lives in the area. I was visiting her from New York and she mentioned that we had to make time to get sushi here. Our waitress was Kait who was very kind and attentive. For an appetizer we split the mixed green salad (not pictured but so good) and the spicy tuna crispy rice which were both filled with delicious flavor. Due to our hunger level, we only ordered one special roll to split. We got the Garden of Eden roll which was so amazing. It was the perfect amount of food to split. One more roll would have been ordered if we were hungrier. Definitely would want to come back the next time I'm in Denver!!“

“I was a bit skeptical to eat at Enso, and almost went elsewhere but wow. I am SO GLAD we stuck with our plans. Please oh please look no further for amazing sushi than Enso. We were happy to have great help deciding on perfect dishes, a wine to pair, and appetizer, by an amazing server who guided us expertly to wonderful choices. I don't recall all the names but he first brought out yellowtail sashimi which was incredible-topped with crunchy goodness and a hint of hot. One of the rolls was a foxy lady, and the other one was topped with strawberry sauce. A third was rolled with cucumber- a perfect, light end to the meal. We ordered three rolls in all, plus the appetizer. It was only two of us and we left satisfied, leaving nothing on the plate. I can't wait to go back and enjoy more. Our server also suggested we come back for some of the dinner selections including habachi meals. I hope to visit really soon and will let everyone know Enso is where they need to go for incredibly fresh, innovative and delicious sushi.“

Tonkotsu broth tasted phenomenal and some of the best noodles I’ve ever had. Ramen egg was perfection. The only miss was the pork chasu, rather thin and chewy instead of a thick cut marinated melt in your mouth kind of pork belly. “I have visited Sawa Sushi many times. Since moving to Littleton from elsewhere in the Denver metro years ago, it has become my “go-to” sushi destination. The chefs are consistently excellent in their preparation, their presentation and their portions - and, they consistently hit the mark on their recipes with exceptional flavor combinations and superior tasting dishes. The servers are always attentive, polite, courteous and helpful. They all, front and back of house, obviously pay attention to maintaining the strictest hygiene standards and cleanliness. The ambience is always appropriate, pleasant, not too loud or quiet, not too dark or light. The building is older, maybe not as “romantic” due to its former life as a Pizza Hut, but you forget all about that when you dig into your favorite dish. May I suggest a few things to increase your pleasure? Take three people with you and order the Family Boat! You will all leave very satisfied and the price is very reasonable per person for a party of four. Also, you cannot go wrong with their special rolls - the Volcano, Black Dragon and Sex on the Beach rolls are always a big hit with my guests. Their Miso Soup is excellent, their Dynamite appetizer is exactly that - Dynamite! The sashimi is cold and thick, as it should be, generously presented and mouthwateringly delicious. Plan to have a fantastic meal and do not hesitate to get adventurous if you are a novice - everything is amazing! Very pleased with Sawa and it is my wife’s favorite as well.“

“This place was pretty awesome! We ate here for the first time last night after a long day at the St. Paddy's Day parade, and the ramen definitely hit the spot! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars was because of the seating arrangements. They have this long table on the other side of the wall when you first come in and we were sat at the end closest to the front door area and it was just a little cramped and the seats weren't too comfortable. Other than that, no complaints!Service was great, they were pretty busy, so I wasn't bothered by the extra time it took for our server to get to us. Our server was G, and we got very well taken care of regardless! Very good service!Food really did hit the spot! I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with an egg, he ordered the Shoyu Ramen with the spicy sesame oil on the side (so he could control how spicy it was), and we also ordered some Seared Tuna and Salmon Nigiri and the Volcano Roll! The pork slices were cut a little too thick, and they were a bit dry, and the ramen needed a little more salt added because the flavor was just a smidge on the bland side.
