Every time I try to give this place a shot they automatically make me regret it, because of how long they take to get your order and give it to you. It’s ridiculous especially if you’re passing thru the drive thru. I have to turn my truck off at the speaker and also at the window. At this point I’d rather drive all the way to the Wendy’s by the airport.
Update:My husband went and asked about this discrepancy before we left. After talking to a manager we all found out that most of the staff was trained on the wrong sizing. Someone had trained them all that a large coffee was the medium size cup. Hopefully this will be changed going forward.Honestly getting pretty of this location giving us a small sized cup for a large size cold brew. This is the only location that does it in our area.
