Water was leaking everywhere from the roof. The entire restaurant smelled like sewage due to backed up drains. My family and I discovered too late that we had been seated around a pool of standing water, when we picked up our wet things from the floor. There was a time that this was a nice restaurant, but that time is long past. The building needs to be shut down for repairs and renovations. The food is ok, but the prices are sky high. I will not be returning.

Arceo's is as authentic as it gets, north of the border. Large, expansive menu with a wide variety of genuine Mexican favorites, meats, vegetarian, and seafood. The service is always friendly as well.

Wow, if you’re ever in Colorado Springs, you definitely have to stop by here for some authentic great amazing Mexican food. The Peach margarita was amazing. Usually my other half always eats the main course and leaves the rice and beans but the rice and beans were the first to go. And the food is outstanding great job guys. Our waitress Yamile was super nice and did a great job

Use to be our favorite place...we were there at least every other week. Celebrated several occasions with family members there. In the last few years it's really gone down hill! It's dirty? The place is really run down, tile falling off walls, paint pealing, eve the parking lot is covered in trash and a mess. The fajitas were dry and overcooked, meat tasted stale. They couldn't do any drink other then a margarita and even then only a premixed. Our table was dirty when we sat down so our server wiped it quickly, I took his rag and cleaned it the rest of the way. The bathroom was disgusting, the paper towels were setting on the sink, no soap, the women's bathroom had no heat and had a inoperable space heater in it. The server couldn't understand us and the host (whom I suspect was an owner) came to interpret but acted like he was super busy (less then 5 people in at 5pm on a Saturday) and he went back to his phone game when he left our table. The floor needed swept, the tables were filthy yet he played on his phone So disappointed

Not sure why this place was dead on a Sunday evening. Food was good for Norteño Gringo comestibles. Service was a little slow, for being the only table in the place. Saw a few of Togo orders go out. Place could have a killer vibe if they could get the butts in the seats. I hope they succeed, as food was very good for what it was.

Great place for some new takes on Mexican staples.We had enchiladas and tacos which were excellent. What surprised and delighted us was the chips and salsa with a side cabbage Pico de Gallo a new take on Pico for us that we really enjoyed. Also, the refried beans that came with our meals also was done a little differently than usual and it was excellent as well.

Food has changed from excellent to just OK. One waitress handling the entire lunch crowd 20 tables, and she is doing the cashier and hostess duties too - not cool. We waited 10 minutes to order, and had to request silverware, and we were never contacted during the meal or after. We finished eating, waited 10 minutes and went to the cashier position, waited another 5 minutes in order to pay. We can no longer recommend this restaurant. 5 Thumbs Down.

OMG! How they can serve this food is beyond me. The meat in our steak tacos burnt . Chilli relleno burnt! This food at best is dog food. Taco Bell is gourmet food in comparison.We should of ran when the salsa served was horrible.
