What a great find. Driving through CO Springs and discovered this place. The food was awesome and the service wonderful. We got there as they were just opened and they took great care of us. Beer selection. Great! Appetizer. Pretzel bites were amazing. I had sla fried chicken sandwich with wing sauce... so good. And their fries were on point. Highly recommend and we'll be back to try more!
Looking for a mid-afternoon beer and snack after touristing around the area, and wandered into Brewer's Republic. I had the tasty garlic Parmesan wings but holy moly, that wing toast! So delicious, so buttery, so garlicky - good thing I don't live around here or I'd be eating that way too often. Good reason for so many great reviews. Delicious food, great beer selection, and the staff (the bartender was funny and welcoming, I never caught her name) made us feel like we were regulars....read full review

Getting rid of the figgy piggy pizza? After interviewing 100 patrons, if this delectable menu item disappears---so do we. Dont do it. You're alienating a die hard fan base. However; the chicken fried mushrooms are insane... insanely AWESOME! Keep the figgy and add the shrooms. Perfect combo.
