Amazing, First time I’ve had Osso Bucco and it was delicious. From the French butter with freshly ground salt to the perfectly fried oyster appetizer, every plate was perfection. The only thing better than the food was the attentive service from both Carlos the owner and our server, who asked our names and used them throughout the rest of the meal. I have no doubt they will be remembered upon our return. One of the best fine dining meals I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing.
The food was fantastic. The service was fantastic even with only one server on the floor. If you want fine dining this is the place. Expensive yes. Worth it. Very much so. Great job Carlos and crew.
We don't know what happened in the past few years since we have been to this restaurant, but the prices have doubled. You won't get out of there for under $200 before tax and tip for 2 people. Examples would be the $17 split of Prosecco that you can find at the cheapest wine store for $5, Seafood that is $60+, Appetizers at $20, Salads same, and the final straw for us was the dessert at $25 for bread pudding! BTW, when we asked for the dessert menu, we were told there wasn't one and it was verbal only. No mention of prices. We know why. Service is slow likely due to lack of wait staff. Carlos still runs around yelling at his wait staff to get going. We won't ever be returning.
food was excellent but it was the most expensive meal I've had at a restaurant. do not think the food was that excellent.
Carlos and his staff continue to provide outstanding food, service and ambiance. The lobster salad is prepared and cooked to perfection, every single time in the last 3 years. It is awesome.
Celebrating our anniversary. Outstanding meal and service. Carlos’ Bistro is the very best restaurant in Colorado Springs.
Food is very good but not worth the price. I have eaten at much better restaurants in Vegas, New York, Phoenix, San Francisco for less.
Wonderful place. Excellent food. Wine was wonderful. Carlos delightful.
Carlos and his staff are the best. Food is always really good . Thanks for making our anniversary special
Relaxed on patio with Sangria and shrimp bruschetta (very good). Dinner menu had grilled meats, pastas, seafood. Good selection with an Peruvian, Italian, maybe French flair.,
Just like others have said, service is outstanding and so was the food. We will be back.
Fabulous meal! Carlos is personable and knowledgeable. Brian provided great service. This is arguably the best restaurant in town. We had a wonderful time!
Easily the best dinner we could have found for a celebration dinner in Colorado Springs. Our waitress told us that this restaurant is putting Colorado on the “map” for their Kobe and Wagyu steak sales. Definitely reccomend!!
From the moment we arrived this was a high class dining experience. Food was on par with some of the best restaurants in the US, service was excellent and the ambience was exactly what you would expect for a high class dining. This should be on everyone's bucket list
We would definitely come back when in Colorado Springs.
