At first, Carrabba's didn't impress us because we had to wait a long time to order. But then, our server Brian changed everything. He said sorry for the wait and helped us pick some really good food. Brian was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. By the end of the night, we were really happy because of how Brian and the management took care of us. It showed us that Carrabba's really cares about making their guests happy, even if things don't start off great.
We were somewhere disappointed my steak was though the waitress said well it is a sirloin that was not the answer I wanted to hear and then at the end I was asking for military discount and then she said that you already received the desert so I cannot give you the discount. We've been there for our anniversary and I have been there a couple months before endet was wonderful then with friends for dinner. So we were disappointed
